However, for those who can keep their Midas-touch tendencies inside some healthy boundaries then Microgaming would love you to log onto a casino and check out their new online video slot Cash Crazy. If you do you should know you are playing a very simple – simplistic even – game that is as old school as the Oxford University.

The stand-out feature of the Cash Crazy slot game is its lack of standout features. The set-up is retro: it’s a three-reel machine with just one pay line, across the middle of the screen. The paytable is displayed on the screen, which looks like a traditional stand-up British fruit machine. The controls are simple enough for anyone to understand: a spin button, two bet buttons, a + and – button and a help button.

The most intriguing feature is the betting. You can bet with one or two coins (a maximum of 5 coins per go), with wins from the second coin being doubled. It’s sort of a cheap way of having more than one pay line, I suppose. There’s also a wild that works as a multiplier.
